These terms apply to quotes from StackMart (ABN 83 702 019 896). They sit alongside our Terms of Sale and do not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Validity
A quote is valid until the “prices held until” date shown on it, normally 7 days. After that, current prices apply.
What the quoted price covers
The quoted price, including any quote discount, applies per unit to the items and quantities on the quote. Extra quantity or other items are charged at the normal price. Each quote can be ordered once. Discount codes can’t be combined with quoted prices.
Shipping
Quotes show our normal delivery charge for the quoted items, worked out with the same shipping rules as checkout, including the shipping tiers and split shipments. Shipping is not discounted. Final freight is confirmed at checkout from your delivery address.
Stock and errors
A quote doesn’t reserve stock. If an item becomes unavailable, we’ll offer an alternative or remove it. If a quote contains an obvious pricing or description error, we’ll contact you before processing the order, and you can go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
